MARY FOX, Before The first bell rings in the morning and after the last bell rings in The afternoon, The dedi- cated office sTaff continues to carry on Their many duties. Their numerous iobs include: serving as sec- retaries for the administration, issuing passes and re-admit slips to students, taking care of money affairs, aiding counselors ana' handling telephone calls. The faculty secretary mimeographs tests for The faculty as well as assisting the newspaper staff in running off pages. In a typical frantic day, the office staff runs into new and perplexing situa- tions. Despite constant demands from the faculty and students, these secretaries always remain good natured and ready to help. Mrs. Lois Neighbors and Mrs. Pat Romans are the two who have to meet the public each day. ln her iob as secretary to Mr. Rosser, Mrs. Neigh- bors mans the big desk in the lobby. lt is Mrs. Romans' voice that is heard when anyone calls TOHS on the telephone. Mrs. Mary Fox, school nurse, is kept busy bandaging cuts and scratches, and taking tem- peratures. It is her vital iob to see that TO. students remain in good health and that the sick are taken care of. Mrs. Fox is also advisor to the Future Medical League.
