So long Shorty! On Dec. 15, 1978 T.I.S.S. lost a very dear friend. Shorty Gilberds after 21 years with the Leeds Board of Education retired. Shorty will be dearly missed. His good nature and ability to deal with people made him well loved by both staff and students. Shorty will never forget T.I.S.S. and certainly T.I.S.S. will never forget Shorty. Good bye Shorty!
