for Council This year ' s council, headed by Mary Jean Hudson and Steve Clark, had a very busy and successful year. Whether it was the blood donor clinic or the council awards or the elections or the dances or the Fiesta, planning was the key to success. Most of this year ' s dances were council sponsored and all featured ex- cellent bands. The blood donor clinic was TISS ' 2nd annual and it too was tremendously successful, as were both the Athletic Awards banquet and the Council Awards assembly. This year ' s council will long be remembered as the one that instituted the Spring Fiesta as part of the school year. The Fiesta was a lot of fun and very successful. It will no doubt become a TISS tradition. Thanks must be extended to all the members of council for making this a very enjoyable and exciting year.
