the Fifties Ay you nerds! What's going on man? This was the language that was used on the Third Annual Fifties Day sponsored by the cheerleaders. Everyone had a great time acting out their roles. The males especially enjoyed trying to see who could be the best Fonz. The attire was not quite what it was in the Fifties, but the little additions here and there made it much more enjoyable. REALLY NICE! ! !! Left- Pinky Walton and Fonz', Miller look for a little action. Left-These beautiful young ladies, Kami Blumer, Beth Dowdle, and Dottie Frady, came to school dressed for all of the action of Fifties Day.

The Halloween Carnival was a big success. The main attraction was the spook house. All the ex- citement helped keep the cold away. The sight of small children dragging their parents through the crowd made the carnival the success it was meant to be. Voices saying, Look at thatl, I want to play this. , and I want one of these.,', were heard from every side. Right-Fred Blumer takes Mrs. King for a test drive in his miniature A- Model. Below-A young onlooker munches on a delicious candy apple while he checks out the carnival. Juniors and Senior ., Below-Cathy Matthews and Mary Stewart paint funny faces on masqueraders.
