That's where our meals are prepared, of course. lt takes many Willing, quick, and skilled hands to prepare the lunches for our hungry students each day. Miss Waterman and her assistants begin working early in the morning and stay even after dismissal in the afternoon. The Salesmanship class gives us some practical training both in arranging merchandise and in selling it. Some of the varied subjects offered in the Business curriculum are bookkeeping, retail selling, shorthand, typing, organization and management, economics, math, correspondence, commercial geog- raphy, and salesmanship.
