to p spare SALESMANSHIP CLASS-lOe sello. Indy Wakefield. Cor- for a variety of futures in a very personal fashion, we made use of all the facilities provided for us. In the Business department we learned to follow regular office procedure. In Salesmanship we prepared a sales display on which to practice the principles of selling as they had been taught to us. We built strong bodies with the expensive gymnasium equip- ment at our disposal. In Auto Mechanics we worked on actual cars. We cooked and sewed in Home Ec and produced plays in Dramatics. In Jour- nalism we got a taste of newspaper publishing and discovered the difficul- ties of assembling a yearbook. We made our own pottery in Art class with the use of the kiln. The important thing was, however, that no matter what the class, we learned by doing. We proved time and time again that Nexperience is the best teacher.
