Their Skills - Hard At Work This year the math and science departments of Thornton High, have become more and more challenging. The science department has the Black Magicians and the math department has started two new endeavors. One endeavor is that students have become active in the Colorado Mathematics League, with 32 schools participating. The other activity is the CSU Math Day, where students compete for school trophies and individual awards.

Shines Bright This Year Thornton High School’s physical education classes have been in- volved in many curricular activities. Whether the students are running, exercising, or learning a life-time sport, they are always having fun.
