Books, microfilm, microfiche, and per- iodicals are all easi- ly available. Thanks to the I.M.C. and its staff, students at our high school have found their li- brary a very useful place. 25

Foreign Language And I.M. C. The casual observer might feel that the world is a huge place. Why in America alone we have so many different languages, it's difficult to com- municate with everybody. The average student will not go through a day without hearing someone speak an- other language. Because peo- ple find it difficult to commu- nicate if they can't speak the same language, T.H.S. offers a large Foreign Language pro- gram. Three different lan- guages are taught. For the really interested students, some classes offer a four year program. 24 -M r

Home Economics Mrs. Shcrick’s class works on food-lab worksheets. Home Economics has been very involved in this year's activities. Among the activi- ties have been a variety of projects involving: cooking, sewing, budgeting, and life- planning. This year's studies have been valuable to all Home Economics students' fu- tures.
