N-.1 The Junior Hobby Lobby The junior Hobby Lobby is on the air again, coming to you over station T. F. T. H. S. This is -loc Siwinski, president of the ,lunior Hobby Lobby, announcing. Two hundred junior celebrities in the lobby will appear before the mike today to discuss their hobbies all the way from stamp collecting to ping pong. Standing beside me are the officers of the junior Hobby Lobby: Virginia Taitz, treasurerg Josephine Schus- ter, vice president, and Louise Hays, secretary-always ready to stand- up for their favorite hobby and to sell the idea to some new radio listener. Drums of Death,', a three-act mystery play, the most outstanding 1938 event of the Junior Hobby Lobby, owes its success to the inspira- tion and cooperation of Mr. james Leonard. The proceeds of this line production enabled the juniors to honor the senior stars and artists of the studio with one of the best proins ever given at the Fractional Studio. We now turn the mike over to the members of the lobby. Hop on your bike and pedal and you'll never be late for school, exclaim Adeline Bolek, hlosephine Schuster, Betty Sibley, Patricia Mc- Kenna, Arlene Knott, Audrey Smith, and Mildred Cohen. lt certainly comes in handy to know how to fix a car when she stalls, state mechanics Bernard Nowak, Fred Raasch, Donald Schrum, Alfred Borgman, and W'illiam Lllis. Sewing is an ideal way to get original clothes, remark Hazel Harvey, Edythe Linz, and Dorothy Carey. A collection of party souvenirs always bring back happy memories, declare Louise Hays, julia Nagy, Renata Messerschmidt, Mildred Schultz, Dora Harthun, Mcleda Sosnoski, Bonnie Hatheld, Evelyn Arbisi, Marian Heimback, and Betty Neale. lt surely is fun to catch an unsuspecting victim with our fast camerasf' say james Ufheil, Harry Van Der Ada, Marge Rasmussen, Bob Crane, and Edward Broezel. You'll get a lot of fun and information from just talking, say Louise O'Connor. lt also seems as though Katherine Anderson, Doris Anderson, lrene Nanesta, Adeline -larczyk, lorraine Malak, Violet Magda ziak, Dorothy Clark, and Della Kennedy agree with her. If you canyt have a real aeroplane, at least you can have .1 model, remark Richard Czechanski, Edward Trinkle, Robert l.aub. and Chester Nowak. Play monopoly if you want to get rich quick, state joseph Kulezyk, Virginia lfinck, Pierce Lee, Robert Faist, Alfred Olson, and Harold Pierson. You certainly get a workout playing tennis. I think its's a swell way to acquire a tan, too, say Doris Genko, Dorothy Deakun, Florence Miotke, jean Smith, and Beverly Millies. Give me something to cut out for my scrap book, and l'm happy, say Arthur Saberniak and Charles Gcllerson. Fred Schau looks for scissors and something to cut out, too. Stamp collecting helps me to learn my geography, say Robert johnson, Ray Harder, LeRoy Peterson, Merle jones, Albert Kobus, Ira Huseman, and Williani Scriver. If you want exercise, hop on your bike, says Helen Novak. Helen Vczmar, Violet Tereba, Victoria Madyrk, Thelma Wilke, josie Lanting, and Mary jane Kemp think it's a good idea, too. 'lt surely takes an alert mind to play pinochle, state Ralph jaeger, Paul Polus, lilifabeth Okraj, Ray Paschke, Ruth jaeger, and joe Pawlowski.
