THE SENIOR VOICE OF FRIENDSHIP Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is your Pine's Pink Pep Pills program, coming to you from station S.V.F., The Senior Voice of Friendship. This evening we have a surprise for you. Through the courtesy of Mr. A. V. Lockhart, superintendent of Thornton Fractional Township High School, Donald Williams, the senior class president, will interview each and every senior of the graduating class of 1938. These 176 students represent a body of blossom- ing youth that is the finest ever. They are an intelli- gent, witty, and adventure-loving group. The lads are handsome, the girls beautiful, and believe you me I wish I were in school again. But now to get on with the show. That good- looking, wholesome lad, Don Willianis, will now con- duct the program. He has consented, along with his interviewing, to handle all the advertising. All right, young man, let's see you put the senior class and Pine's Pink Pep Pills over with a bang. QDon steps to the mike.j Hello, everybody. T.xis is your Crazy Question Man and I'll guarantee you if our program puts you to sleep, a pep pill will put you back on your feet again. We have divided the graduates into four groups: those from Calumet City, Lansing, and -Burnham, and those seniors photographed together in one cozy group. Each person will relate all his activities and each group will answer two questions. Calumet City students will be first. This industrious little city of 13,600 is the proud possessor of that handsome new post office and is the city in which that massive, magnificent structure, the Thornton Fractional High School, stands. This build- ing, which is one of the most up-to-date schools in the country, has one of the best gymnasiums in the state. It is located on the main drag, Pulaski Road. The students of Calumet City can well be proud of the fact that this school is located in their city. The Calumet City delegation will now be asked these two questions: flj 'What was you biggest thrill at T. F.?' and 123 'What is you pet peeve?'
