The aver- age sTudenT was eiTher waTching a movie for The fifTh Time aT home while eaT- ing sTaIe DoriTos and drinking a flaT SpriTe or having The Time of his life waTching The TheaTre G-uiId's producTion of Pippin, Pippin, direcTed by Mr. Tim Sweeney, was a brighT musical comedy seT aT The end of The eighTh cenTury. This colorful play Told The Tale of how Pippin, played by Tom Collins, searched for his idenTiTy. Tom, junior, had auife an advanTage aT Tryoufs. When I was eighT I did a producTion of 'Pippin' wiTh The Chicago HeighTs Drama Group. I plan on making a career ouT of TheaTre - maybe you'Il see me on Broadway one dayI he said. STacy Brown, senior, por- Trayea The lead player which was originally a male parT. STacy sTaTed, MBe- cause of The gender swiTch. we had To change The key on a IoT of songs. To be an onsTage per- former, The casT of 28 had To be able To sing and dance. However, if one couldnff fill These requiremenTs, he was welcome To join The Techni- cal crew ThaT had The very imporTanT job of building The seT.
