Philosophy, equality reign in SDP Society of Philosophy is for everyone. Freshman or senior - in this club all are equal. One result of this equality is that everyone in the club has an office. Rang- ing from simple president to social secretary to the faculty adviser these offices give each member a sense of im- portance. World history, current events, and even a recent opera are topics of dis- cussion for SOP. The club's sponsor is Mr. Kris Thomsen. PUBS activities signify progress through '75 Meetings everyday were necessary to accomplish the organization that went into planning Afro-American Club activ- ities such as the Annual Benefit Talent Show and the Annual Awards Banquet. ln addition their moneymaking projects included concessions, a taffy apple sale, and bake sales. Afro-American Club is better know as PUBS. Mrs. Gwendolyn Lee, PUBS sponsor, said that the meetings include discussion about upcoming activities and also about the social and school problems affecting young adults.

Girls invade Roadrunners Run for fun is the motto of the Roadrunners, no longer a club consisting of only male runners. Seven female Roadrunners joined the club with the purpose of getting in shape for girls track and field or other girls sports. The runners work out under any weather conditions through the winter months. Sponsored by Track Coach Robert Ni- cholson, the club met once a month to update mileage records and to plan fund- raising projects.
