The editor begins the initial creative process by inventing a theme, after which the photographers are assigned hundreds of pictures from which the staff must choose those that are the most interesting. Then comes the time-con- suming tasks of identifying, cropping, typing captions, writing copy, drawing layouts and completing a specified num- ber of pages in time to meet the deadlines. All in all, it is no easy task, but the reward comes in viewing the finished product, a yearbook that TR students will treasure for many years, lvl 1! 11 Top Right: Cindy Mullen and Ioe Egan man the typewriters.
