Girls Club efforts help make 'City,' activities big success Nervous girls invited guys to the Girls Club Turnabout Dance March 16, 1974. Through the efforts of Girls Club mem- bers, a city skyline emerged from stark. gym walls. Couples danced to the music of Daze and Knights in the City of Enchantment. Mistress and Master of Ceremonies, Debbie Childress and Bob Flynn, intro- duced court members Larry Steele, Steve Wilburn, Dan Curatolo and Dennis Sims.
