Baseball teams sport winning records Sporting a 15-8 record, the varsity baseball team, coached by Mr. Wally Shatkowski and Mr. Sam Tortorici, pro- duced three All-Conference players: Harry Ekstrom, Tom Shannon, and Ron Woodall. Dennis Sims provided leader- ship as the team's captain. The soph team, coached by Mr. Carlos Medrano, boasted a 12-5 record. Most Valuable Player was Jim Vegovisch and winner of the Charley Hustle Award was Gary Baranowski. Coached by Mr. Dave Lezeau, the 'frosh team compiled a 9-5 record.
