The bruise on the hand from the game-winning spike is a happy sort of pain, as are all the aches and pains incurred in a year when the team comes in with a winning record, as this year's girls did. 28 TSSG performs whirls, twirls in spring show Performing ballet legs, doing somer- saults in water, and doing kips are some of the basic stunts performed by the Thornridge Sychronized Swim Group, who specialize in water ballet. This group of 34 girls practices dili- gently from the beginning of school until the spring when their practicing pay off for their spring show.
