First, TR swimmers stay in shape for the swimming season. Second, the water polo team competes against area high school teams. Under a new coach, Mr. William Vogler, the team fin- ished with a 5-3 record. Treading water for long periods of time and adept ball handling were two of the skills exhibited by the water polo team in its eight games. Left: Peter Bihl attempts to pass the ball to a team- mate. 24 t Badminton birds take to the sky Smashing birdies and opponents is a specialty of the TR Badminton team. These 26 team members took full advan- tage of their skill by completing their season with an 8-4 overall record. Coached by Mrs. P. Pierre-Auguste, the girls practiced during February and March. They improved their skills each day which led to their successful season. 126 Strikes, spares fill the world of Bowling Led by freshman Karen Zdzinicl4i's clutch bowling, TR's A team compiled a 5 win, 4 loss record. B team had a fine record of 6 wins and 3 losses. Mrs. Debbie Campbell, coach, chose 10 out of ZO team members to participate in the District Tournament. The team took seventh place.
