Qin? Q ix i' if 2 , VICA trains in many fields VICA is a national youth organization which trains students in the health, in- dustrial and trade fields. All of the vocational programs stem from VICA, Vocational Indusrial Club of America. After becoming a member of any of the other vocational clubs, stu- dents can become eligible for member- ship into the VICA program. There are local, regional, state and na- tional contests where students can show their excellence in skilled competition.
