SWy The one required subject for everyone at TK was study. Many students became adept at various subjects because of their good study patterns. Gaye focused on her art project while Jim increased his musical proficiency by practice. Jerry became skilled in the use of the shop equipment. Dottie was intent on gaining useful material from reference books. Diane, Randi, Chuck, Ann-Marie, Marty, Lynn, and Alice were in deep concentration here.

WlMi i Parades, snow, chilly breezes, and basketball games highlighted the winter months at TK. Before the snow came to limit outdoor activity, the football games were of paramount interest as Bonnie, Kathy, Jane and Jody can testify. As the basketball season progressed, enthusiasm bubbled over. Pep signs decorated the halls and the coach's door. Many people came to view the contestants and floats, one of which carried TK'S Homecoming court: Myrna, Kathy, Bonnie, and Mandy. When the snow arrived, it brought both beautiful scenery and the hope of snow vacation.

In their last year at TK, the Seniors were busier than ever. Jody typified the many Seniors who gave service to the school. A number of Seniors excelled in various areas. Norm was good in the shop program while Tim Bender, Bill Sullivan, Tom Griffith, and Tom Sharp worked in the science area. However, the Seniors weren't always serious and studious, as Harv B., Tim B., and Dawn K. make obvious. The class had a good representation of athletes, and many, Rob among them, won awards for their outstanding performance. Throughout the year, the graduates-to-be enjoyed especially the pep assemblies, where they vociferously urged the team on to victory. Whatever the Seniors did, they did with extra relish, for soon they would be no more a part of the student body at TK.
