Chapter one of our book of education formally opened eleven years ago when in the first grade we began merging our individual personalities into a group personality, So thorough and complete have been the intervening chapters that in this year's edition of the eleventh chapter of class life the Juniors have a vast wealth of experience upon which to draw for the varied activities that demand our attention, The opportunities of self-development that could once only be anticipated are now ours in actuality, Our fortitude, ingenuity, and loyalty, we find, must be ever-expanded to meet the challenge of such events as the Junior Play, Junior-Senior Banquet and Prom, and extensive money raising projects, Even though we are engrossed in such time--and thought--consuming class projects as these, individuality is still headlined by varied participation in such activities as chorus, band, music, football, baseball, basketball and Thomisana and Tomahawk staff work, Already we are looking forward to the 1957 edition of our class biography, which will be a revelation of our hopes and dreams and our basic purpose to let knowledge grow from more to more. What you say, Penn?
