Dwanton Seals' Demopolis Tigers met Capt. Huey Cassity's Thomasville Tigers. The score at the end of the ball game was 19-13 in favor of De-, mopolis. I The scores were made in the? second period, a pass from Chiles: to Bouler started the Demopolis- team off on a series of plays net-5 ting a total of 80 yards. - Dozier took the ball on the' Thomasville 13-yard line, around left end for the first touchdown! for Demopolis. Thomas executed a successful key block to make thi! touchdown possible. The second touchdown for De- mopolis came soon after when Chiles again handed off to Thomas who weaved his way through would tacklers in a sensational run of 66 yards for a touchdown. The I try for an extra point was no- good. Thomasville showed its power in driving the line all the way down the field for a touchdown. Due to a penalty for holding, against Demopolis, the ball was placed on the Demopolis one-yard line. Rickett drove over the goal for the touchdown. Rickett also fakul a punt, and passed the ball intoa the end zone for Thomasville! extra point. Thomasville rallied and carried the ball down the field picking up yardage with powerful line drive! 'and Rickett again carried the ball over for a Thomasville touchdown.
