THE 1977 TERRIER THOMAS PUBLIC SCHOOL VOLUME X THOMAS, OKLAHOMA Foreword When in class we’re not confined. Our friends we meet with a grin or a smil With thoughts of fun on our mind. 2 IN MEMORY OF Clyde Franklin Bass, Jr. , a student at Thomas Schools since his first grade year, will be missed by friends, relatives, and classmates who grew up with him. We, the Sophomores, remember Clyde as energetically pursuing anything that interested him. All of us respected him for his talents in science and art. We fondly recall the hours he spent helping us to win in class competition and in spirit contests. As we are becoming young adults, we shall greatly miss his companionship. Respectfully, Sophomores of '77 We, the Annual Staff of 1977, respectfully dedicate our yearbook to you, MRS. MARY HAGGARD. You have endeared yourself in the hearts of the faculty as well as the many students you have taught at Thomas High. Your sense of fairness and your ability to encourage mediocrity into success have been most admirable characteristics. Your love and understanding have encouraged many young people to become better adults. 4 SEATED: Susan Rhodes. Barbara Youngbear, Carol Miller. Vickie Goss. Pal Drake.
