Valedictorian LOAN TRAN In addition to being parliamentarian of the Office Education Association, Loan was vice president of the local Legion of Mary. Her church activities included: Youth En- charisl Organization, Legion ofIMary, church choir and serving as a Bible School teacher. She was a member of Interact and Heralds Service Organization. She tutored after school hours. Salutatorian DIANE HAWTHORNE Diane was involved in several activhies. Her leadership roles were as follows: secretary of stu- dent body congress, secretary of V.I.C.A., officer of the Heralds Service Organization, co editor-in- chief of Ebbtide and vice president of the local chapter of State Children of the American Revolu- tion. He was honored by being chosen for the All City Band and he received a first place in U.IsL. Medium Ensemble. He received a commended score on the PSAT an a hsuperior perfor- mance on the NEAT.
