Four levels of learning are included in the English Depart- ment. This is one of the few schools offering advanced place- ment in English IV, Many disses are offered in Level I, A or Honors Courses; Level II, regular classes; and Levels HI and IV, remedial work. Journalism gives special opportunity for those who like to write. Students may also contribute to a literary magazine, Iiblzride.
