SOCIAL STUDIES AFFORDS As students progress into the study of history of all kinds, they come to realize the importance of that subject They are made t9 see how we today can profit from the mistakes of yesterday. The Social Studies Department at Thomas Jefferson in- cludes World History, American History, Government, Ero- nomics, and Advanced Government Two units in social stud- ies, including one-half a unit in government are required.
