In addition to her classes, this hardeworking teacher 's 'n charge of our outstanding bulletin boards, which are located strategically throughout the school. Her hobbies center around knitting reading and music. MR. RAYMOND F. I' ff 7 ssl' Mrs Whiteside looks for new ideas for the Jeffersonian Mr Yannello explains the uses of the sentence MRS JANE McPHERREN WHITESIDE Mrs. Jane McPherren Whiteside teaches Journalism and lOth grade English. She attended Classen High School in Oklahoma City Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma. She also attended Smity College in North- ampton Massachusetts and holds a BS. degree. The newspaper is under her supervision and she also spon- sors the Quill and Scroll Club. From experience with the Jeffersonian staff she has decided her pet peeve is dead- lines and the students who ignore them. She has many interesting hobbies, Some are swimming playing bridge playing games with her children reading and watching television. MR. FRANCIS R. YANNELLO Mr. Francis R. Yannello teaches lOth and llth grade Eng- lish and also sponsors the Bowling Club. He enjoys working with this active club which this year was opened to both boys and girls, Besides bowling, Mr. Yannello also enjoys sports and music. He attended the University of Miami where he received his B.Ed. degree, MR. ANTHONY CARDOSO Anyone who has ever had the privilege of being in one of Mr, Cardoso's classes knows just how human a teacher can be. Not only is he friendly to everyone he teaches, but also has a wonderful sense of humor which he enjoys sharing with others.
