MARLENE FRYE The January Class of 1948, though small, was one to be remembered. Under its off icers, Mike Paulson, Walter Purler, Beulah Watts, and Marlene Frye, and thru the direction of its sponsors, Mrs. Leslie Andersen and Mr. Orville Orr, the class sponsored dances and other activities, enabling them to purchase class pins, and to make their graduation a memorable one. Commencement exercises were held January 22, and ,as these boys and girls received their diplomas, the door finally closed on their high-school days.
