The club dec- orated the library during Christmas, Homecoming and for National Library Week. The club attended a district meeting at Fort Stockton, Tex. They also went to a workshop at Loretto High School. Officers for the year were President Nancy Carreon, Vice-President Maria Hernandez, Aid-to-the Presi- dent Terry Corral, Historian Hilda Perez, Parliamentarian Gina Ponce and Publicity Pat Loya. Boosters Help Out Annuall With its primary purpose being to assist individual organizations, this year's Booster Club participated in various fund-raising projects. Among this year's money raising projects was a drawing for five-hun- dred gallons of gasoline as first prize. This drawing was sponsored for the Athletics' Department. They also had two concession booths at the Annual Fiesta de las Flores. Plaques were presented by the club to the Outstanding Ex of the Year, Dr. Carlos McDonald. The club also co-sponsored a dance with the Exes Association and the Silver Fox Athletic Association. Female squads at Ieff support the greatest number of returning letter- men. The girls have not only excelled in each of the sports but have also managed a complete domination of team members on the All-District squad. The club sponsor is Miss Yvonne Franco. In seasonal play, volleyball players captured the district hard- ware on both the varsity and B-Team level. In basketball the female cagers repeated the honors by defending the district crown in both B-Team and varsity squads.
