T021 1 ii 'J TID 'I' if Track Team Ties For Third Place At Coronado Meet The Boys Varsity Track Team, with coach Iuan Vasquez at the helm, started the season with a third place at the first tournament. The Foxes tied with Coronado for third place honors at the T-Bird Invitational. Individual placings were by All-District returnee Tommy Duran, first in the 100-yard dash and second in the 220-yard dashg Victor Saldana, third in the 440-yard dash and an overall third place position by the 440-yard relay team and the mile relay team. The tracksters participated in several invitationals throughout the year.
