Returnees Lead Fox Crapplers Through Season With the xperience of eight returning lettermen to back up the group, Coach Tony Evans directed the matmen through the season and the city finals. The varsity wres- tling team selected Edna Canalda 1975-76 sweetheart. She was presented at the El Paso High meet. We had a few people hurt in the beginning, commented Mr. Evans about the pre-season competition. At the City meet the grapplers placed third overall. Oscar Madera received a first place with Miguel Rodela, Victor Robles, Ioe Ioachim and Eddie Arzola obtaining a second place and Brian Russo, fourth place. At the State meet the mat- men ended 13th.
