In the first quarter Salamanca passed for 17 yards to halfback Heriberto Rami- rez for the first score of the game. In the second quarter Red Espinoza went around end for 18 yards and a T-D. In the third quarter Salamanca went on a 50 yard play and scored. Then in the last quarter Red took a pass from quarterback S. Samaniego for 29 yards and a score. Salaman- ca kicked three extra pints and Luis Gerardo was top Jeff defender. ROSWELL-JEFFERSON GAME In this game which was a ver ' muddy one the Foxes took their fourth game of the season defeating the Roswell Coyotes by the score of 7-0. On this rainy day the game was hard fought all the way until after five minutes had past in the third quarter Eloy Salamanca scored the first and final touchdown of the evening in a 10 yard scamper to give the Foxes their third 1ctory o( the season. Top Jefferson defender was Pit! Vasquez with Red E pinoza taking the top gainer of the game honors.
