DEP RTME Thomas Jefferson has more sections of chemistry than does any other Dallas high school. The course it- self offers studies in organic, quantitative, and bio- chemical fields. Physics, the study of the nature of matter and energy, embraces the fields of acoustics, optics, thermo-dynamics, electronics, and magnetism, as well as nuclear and atomic physics. The biology course is presented from an ecological approach, with emphasis on human inter-relationships in the world of nature.
