John Grimble STUDENT COUNCIL The student council is composed of members selected by popular vote of the students. The members of the council are among the most highly qualified people in the school. Their service and scholanhip records bear inspection well. The duties of this organization are to work for the betterment of student welfare and conduct, to regulate the spending of the student-body funds, and to regulate and supervise all appro- priations. Each member of the council represents a certain organization that is of vital importance in carrying out the laws enacted by the council.
