Fellow C lassmates: ' We are about to bid our Alma Mater Adieul'. A departure of any kind is unpleasant at best. However, the unpleasantness, when counter- balanced by four years of joy and accomplishment, becomes tolerable. For the majority, high school has been not four years of regrets and tears, but four years of successful results. From our studies we have gleaned a wealt.h of substantial facts, of ideals and of clean-cut am- bitions. We derived a broadening in understanding and culture, besides a healthy desire to delve further into the fertile depths of learning. The gates of our school are now open for us to leave, but only to enter different fields of endeavor. As it is on all-winding highways, so We will come to many crossroads marked short cuts to success and fame , and often we will be desirous of taking these beautifully painted paths. Yet there will always be some of us who will continue on our original steep ways. And, as our main road becomes steeper and steeper, more of us will turn to the short cuts. Those of us who continue ahead and flnally come to the goal, will be those who have lived through hundreds of hard but beautiful deeds. In concluding, let us therefore express our sincere appreciation and thanks to the untiring and unselfxsh efforts of Dr. Lieberman and our Faculty. F raternally, MAX ANGOWITZ
