Mr. Frank Penland, Assistant Principal, received a B. A. in English from Randolph- Macon College and a Master’s Degree in Education from the iJniversity of Richmond. It is through the service of the Administration that our school is able to function properly. Its jobs are numerous and the service of these individuals far beyond the call of duty . Certainly all of us have found that when we come into contact with them, duties are performed both cheer- fully and competently.
