INSIDE THOMAS A typical day in the life of a Thomas Dale student begins when he rushes out the door of his home, late for school as usual. The day may start with a class in chemistry or some other subject dear to the stu- dent’s heart. In the middle of the day there is a mad dash for the cafeteria, and the typi- cal student suddenly finds himself surrounded by other typical students eating hot dogs and beans. Then he hur- ries back to the main hall to talk about that English test he flunked, until a monitor moves ee eR RSS him on to his homeroom to bemoan his fate alone. Sud- denly a_ bell rings, the hall clears, and this time he may find himself in Spanish class. After more bells and _ classes another day at school is over. Then there is a party after a game. At eleven o'clock, real- izing that homework must be done, he rushes home. Now he must decide what homework can be skipped. Hoping he has made the right choice, he falls into bed. So ends a typi- cal day of a Thomas Dale student. Mr. Crump crowns Suzanne Anderson, our Homecoming Queen. A mad scramble! You can’t catch me. Go Knights, Beat Lancers! HOMECOMIN A Knight and A Lancer Meet. Ordering graduation announcements is a great task. Have fun on the trip to Washington! PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE FREE? Prissy Gallier labors over her Prom dress.
