Todays Youth . ,5,.,..--f-f LX -xx X ,y.,.1.--- , ,-Qx ABOVE: Adequate library facilities provide excellent study opportunities for Emily Lopez, Calvin Eddy, Eddie Lahtinen, Judy Wilmoth, Robert Trainer, Rudy Lopez, and Jean Richardson. Other students enioy browsing through books when not studying, Those taking a break from assignments are Marie Valdez, Billy Campbell, Robert Wright, Craig Hornhorst, Patricia Fahey, John Sontaniello, Jackie Corcoran, and Dan Klieman. BELOW: Checkers Janis Rieck and Nina Harvesty work constantly to keep up with starving boys John Bushell, Mickey Smith, Jim Jordan, David Young, Bill Smith, David Schwarz, Earl Eason, Skip Pfeiffer, Charles Spengler, Jim McCoy, Howard Hogan, Leroy Smith, Ernest Story, Mark Bozeman, and Victor Johnson, Proved many times, all facilities at Edison have more than one function. The patio supplies room for outdoor entertainment including dances, parties and pep rallies. Not only does the cafeteria provide lunches, but now serves breakfast until 8:15 a.m. The library furnishes excellent reading and reference books with study accommodations for more than 300 scholars. For the entertainment of Edisonites and various groups, the auditorium affords ample seating capacity and a fine stage area for assemblies and plays. fy Lonnie Parsons, Beverly Bou- ton, Kim Sheelar, Martha Kay Renfro, Gary Black, and Olive Dunlap relax at pep squad- sponsored dance and enioy refreshments served by Mary 7 Watson, Sandy Smith, Patricia 1 Kralik, and Susan Swan.
