JUNIOR SENIOR BANQUET On the wlntry Monday evemng of February 5th, mne cars, loaded to olerflowlng, pulled hurriedly away from Morgan and headed east No, lt wasnt a get away , just a gang of assorted Jumors, SCHIOYS, and Faculty members on thelr way to the Pease House to gorge themselves at the annual ,lunlor Senlor Banquet A dellcxous turkey dlnner appeased the hungry mob, or most of It John Powell xx as startlng on hls second dozen of rolls when our press agent Ted Norton and hlS asslstant Irving Schubert, started maklng the rounds, loaded down Wlth camera and flash bulbs Mr Joel s standlnff rule of no after dmner speeches was to a great extent responslble for the happy smlles that are eudent 1n the frults of Ted s labor The rest of the CVCI1lHg was glven over to d3.IlClIlU whlch started upstairs but gradually progressed to the dow nstalrs reglons where the merrlment contlnued to the music of the Juke box An added attractlon downstalrs was the bar there was qulte a run on cokes for the rest of the evenmg The banquet was a great success, and the evenlng left a memory of pleasure that should prove an excellent lncentnve to plans for the next banquet, when the time for rt rolls around 36 ' ' nl ix, ' i 0 - 4 ' Q 4 ..-.l . . .
