ORDER OF BUSINESS. At all meetings of the Society, the order of busi- ness shall be as follows : I. Reading the minutes of the previous meet- ing. 2. Reports of officers. 3. Election of officers. 4. Reports of committees. 5. Miscellaneous business. 6. Adjournment. p 2. MEETINGS OF TRUSTEES. The Trustees shall hold stated meetings on the second Thursday of each March, June, October, and December. Special meetings of the Trustees may be called by order of the President, or, in his absence, by the Vice-President for New York City. I 3. PROOF OF DESCENT. I .A 283 4- ANNUAL MEETING, The annual meeting of the Society shall be held OH the day SPCCiHed in the Constitution Qat such place and hour as the President shall appointj, and at least ten days' notice of the same shallfbe sent to each member by the Secretary. The Trustees shall, at least sixty days before any annual meef- ing, elect a committee who shall nominate a ticket to be voted for at the annual election, and a list of the nominations shall be sent to each member of the Society at least ten 'days before the annual meet1ng.1 5. COMMITTEES AND APPOINTMENT. All standing committees and sub-committees shall be appointed by the President or other chair- man of the meeting, unless specially named in the resolution creating the committee, and the gentle- man Hrst named shall be Chairman of each com- mittee. The standing committees shall be on Finance, on Genealogy, and on History and Tradition. . 6. COMMITTEE ON FINANCE.
