Gulick. a The polls- were opened for one half hour, and at the close the tellers reported that 141 ballots had been cast, and that Commodore P. Vedder had been elected trustee by a vote of 74 to 67 for Ar- thur l-I. Van Brunt,-all the other officers having been elected unanimously. A . Col. William L.
