M ,M gm of ' V A vision of effortless majesty gliding on motionless wings along the face of a cliff, this magnificent flight has made the Eagle the legendary king of birds. Starting with a downstroke the Eagle flies, just as a conductor gives the down- beat to start the orchestra. The music starts low, builds, swells, increasing to the climax of the pieceg then the woodwinds create soft appealing music. The listener's spirit soars, just like the Eagle in flight, feeling the wind whistle about him and seeing the land Jelow speed by. Joining the woodwinds, the orchestra brings the music to a slow mellow sound, then ends the piece. So the Eagle lands, coming to a slow speed and touching the ground. Beginning with registration, the students at THS started their 1976-1977 Flight. During our flight we achieve and strive. Beginning with simple known facts, we learn, study, climb, participate, and enjoy. Each day that we strive, we draw nearer to the end of our flight. With each new and exciting experience we learn to master and improve our Freedom Flight from the bonds of stupidity, to make tomorrow better for all, Thus we achieve our Freedom in Flight.
