150 MOTT TAMAMS The Minority Organization at Texas Tech (MOTT) is a local chapter of the state level Texas Association of Mexican-American Medical Students (TAMAMS). The principle goals of TAMAMS are to adaress the health care needs of the medically underserved peoples in the state of Texas with particular emphasis on the Mexican-American population, and to effectively increase the number of minority students in allopathic and osteopathic medical schools.
