Luther League, but on February 18, 1947, it was organized separately into the L. S. A., an organization designed especially for Lu- theran college students. The T. L. C. group is affiliated with the Gulf Coast Region of the L. S. A. of America. The aim of the L. S. A. is to bring the alert student lite- saving moral ideas, lite-directing purposes, lite-invigorating Christian faith, and life- lasting Christian friendships through treguent reception of Holy Communion, and through tellowshipin the L. S. A. I The L. S. A. of America promotes tour missionary endeavors in a project called Lutheran Student Action, the funds ot which are allocated for student purposes in America and abroad. 1 PRE-THEOLOGICAL SOCIETY The Pre-Theological Society was organized in November oi 1937 by a group ol pre-ministerial students. Since then, membership in the organization has been made available to church and parish workers ci both sexes. Its aim is to develop and to increase the',interest of the members for leadership not only in theirtown church leagues but also in their church organizations. The TLC Luther League belongs to the San Antonio Federation oi the lnterna- tional Luther League. This year the Luther League sponsored a Youth Service in Convocation Hall, and sponsored a drive for Lutheran World Action and European Youth Relief. OFFICERS Q ..
