MR. RUDOLPH FIEHLER Mr. Fiehler is famous among his freshman English classes for his own unique system of grading, and for his Witty statements in English classes. Yes, he's an ex- newspaper reporter, whose ad- ventures his students listen to with eager ears. He's also one of those Missourians Whom nothing can be put past. MISS EVELYN FIEDLER Good looks, personality, and an apparently unlimited knowledge of chemistry characterize the head ot TLC's Chemistry Department. Her interest not being limited to teaching alone, Miss Fiedler takes an active part in various campus activities and is making progress also as an author of chemistry' workbooks. t l t 1 MRS. HUGO GIBSON She is patient, enthusiastic, and smiling. She is Mrs. Hugo Gibson, the hope oi baffled mathematics students. When she is not at home With her family, she is likely to spend her evenings holding spe- cial 'classes for her mathematics students or Working with the Dra- matics Club, of which she is spon- sor. 4

MR.,W. W. CHRISTIANSEN The man with the friendly smile and cheery greeting, Mr. Christy is TLC's' busy Director of Public Relations. Students become ac- quainted with him before ever arriving at school, for from his office 'come all those letters of instruction, bulletins, and cata- logues. l-Ie's always interested in getting new students to come to TLC. MISS, KATHERINE DIEI-IL Miss Diehl's capable supervision inthe library is very valuable to struggling students searching for information for term themes and reports, With Miss Diehl as li- brarian, the library is always a neat, attractive, quiet place to study. MR. W. N. CORDER Coach Corder is TLC's jack-of- all trades. Whether it be teaching business administration, assisting in coaching the boys in the gym, or purchasing food for the com- mons, Mr. Corcler excels in all. His capability and efficiency make him indispensable to the college.

REV. HUGO GIBSON Our typical absent-minded pro- fessor, Mr. Gibson often leaves his textbooks to tell his interested classes of his exciting travels. Small in stature but great in in- tellect, he is TLC's able professor of languages, teaching Greek, Spanish. and Bible. DR. GERHARDT S. KUI-ILMANN Although Dr. Kuhlmann was on the faculty some years ago, he is entirely new to most of his stu- dents. He teaches English litera- ture, and sometimes talks so fast and furiously about the lives and characters of authors that his stu- dents fall far behind in their note- taking. His lectures are all very interesting. MR. A. GUSTAFSON The man With the mathematical and scientific mind, Prof is the Registrar of the college. He teaches physics, mechanical drawing, and calculus. His office is always crowded on registration days, and he is friendly and helpful to those Who seek his advice. is - an-vi-1
