The Second Form is well represented in all scbool activities. Pete Wiggiiis is our gift to tbe Student Council. Bill Browning, Pete Vwliggins, Al Roberts and Toni Gwaltney played football last Of tbese, Wig- gins and Gwaltney received tbe coveted luootball letters. During tlie winter montbs, tlie basketball team was strengtbened by Pete Wiggiiis and D. Tarlton. Playing with tbe baseball tc-ani tbis Spring are Al Roberts, Pete Wiggins and Dudley Tarlton. James llarrison and Tom Gwaltney are playing tennis. Tbe Second Form bas two Cadet Lieutenants in tlie lxlilitary Unit -Vyfiggiiis and Al Roberts. At tbe inid-year presentation ol' ribbons tbe Second Form carried away a lion's sbare of tbe awards. Under tbe able sponsorsbip of bliss Delay, members ol' tbe Second Form made a wortby contribution for a candy lund and personally assisted at tbe Terminal Station on Cbristmas Day distributing packages to tbe soldiers: donations were also made lor a telegrapb fund tor stranded soldiers.
