In later years, as you glance over the pages of the Stingaree, you will be reunited with your friends and classmates: you will cheer on' your football, basketball, and baseball teams: you will thank your wonderful counselors and teachers for the advice and knowledge which they passed on to you: you will re-enact the good times that you had working with the organizations and clubs: you will smile sadly as you recall activities that you will never forget:'you will hear the echo of the prize-winning band and the well-blended choir: you will once igain' feel the heart-breaking excitement of graduation: you will know the anticipation. that you felt every Friday as you received your Stingaree Talesf' and you will remember the sessions in the halls and classrooms dedicated to the signing of the annuals. Thusayou can fully realize the purpose of this yiear- book-to preserve the happy memories of Texas City High School . . . p i , Ez A' 1 .4 naw.-.l.,,, ,Q ,, . .M , , 5 , 4-a ,- ,vfgw V- JY- , 4 f +' X x K hw ,y wf m f Q f MV f hgfj M44 , ,M .,- ,fwfr 0 fi , yin f :f,,f A U fl' 7 4,41 X f M V, 4 f X f my 4 fy, f 20 1 fl' NJ fi. if fsywgf ,, wr mf t mmf' 3. ,zww I ,vf ykfff' gf' f ' ,Z fffyff' W ' M' -Kmihini X comsms Administration Faculty Seniors J uniors Sophomores Favorites Organizations Activities Sports Features is ,..,4. f .M T ,Q - 4 .,. , ' 'l'M? i' as f i ' V ' ',.1, '.-V 'M 1 , . , ,, ' '31-e1f ..i, R WY V ,M ,A ,, f t M , , , -f 1- 3. , ',, , f , qw. A cheering, yelling football crowd. A bravely fighting team, A night of victory for our Stings. To give homecoming gleam, A lively, boisterous picnic group, A park of sun and shade, Another memory for this book Which- will not ever fade. A dance upon a floating cloud, Wi'th music soft and sweet. Pictures of the great occasion To give old age a treat. It is with thoughts for happiness. We dedicate with glee, To members of the senior class This book of memory. 'T' x - t i E A' E - llll mp 7 Mdcbell 01 'bww a?6'4c faq! O1 f Ov, fl-5. Aw QV 5 f 90, Q! afxfgf 4.
