The Wildlife Society attempts to increase the awareness and appreciation of wildlife values in its members. At the monthly meetings the society presented speakers on wildlife research, new techniques in radio tracking, deer management and the wildlife in other countries. Members also participating in the Wildlife Bowl Competition. In the spring members enjoyed the annual wild game barbeque where they tasted the meat of animals such as water fowl, rattlesnake and bobcat. OFFICERS: Lauren Snyder, Pres.; Cyndi Lee, Ag. Upsilon Pi Epsilon The purpose of Upsilon Pi Epsilon is to honor outstanding computing science students. The qualifications for member¬ ship are: junior classification with a 3.5 GPR, senior classification with a 3.25 GPR or graduate student classification with a 3.5 GPR. The group sponsored a card stacking contest and a program¬ ming contest. Also, picnics were held during the fall and spring semesters. A banquet was held in the spring for all members.
