This year was the first time that Texas A I had three male cheerleaders. These guys took a lot of flack from more macho” men {who failed to show the student body their own acrobatic ability and spirit), but still performed their best along with the six female squad members. Cheerleaders from 3rd row left are: Nathan Prieto, A1 Saldana, Michael DePudyl, Patti Braun, Voncille Harper, Liz Jalbert, Laura Martinez, Gracie Hinojosa, Linda Garcia, Linda Leyba and Velma Rivas.
