Dormitory Life Then there are those who prefer the peace, quiet and solitude of a warm and cozy fire- place. On cold nights, many of the residents in Cousin ' s Hall enjoyed the convenience of their home-like lodging with the huge fire- place in the lounge. Besides providing a retreat for deep medi- tation and relaxation, the Old Fireplace furnished a congenial atmosphere for watch- ins TV.
