The most important function of the council is striving to improve the existing student government and to increase school spirit by carrying out the will of the students through their representatives. Dr. JAMES H. McCROCKLIN plays Santa at the annual Student- Faculty Christmas dance. The dance was co-sponsored by the Student Council and the Governing Board.
